PTL InformationParents/Guardians and students we need your help! Our goal is to save you time, inconvenience and confusion. In order to have your students ready to leave school early for any reason excluding illness we need you to: 1) Send a note with your student “the day of” the PTL (permit to leave)request. Notes need to include the date, student’s name, reason for leaving, time student will leave campus and signature of parent/guardian, contact number for parent/guardian. 2) Students you need to take your note to your house secretary BEFORE school. You will sign the PTL log and pick up your PTL. You will then be ready to meet your parent in front of the flag pole per your parent/guardian request. PTL for ILNESSES: 1) Students must report to the clinic when ill. The student must sign the clinic sign out log The clinic must speak directly to the parent/guardian in order to obtain consent for student release. We appreciate your help! |
